The terms that apply when you submit an order request to SAXELIER.

Order requests
Submitting the website form creates an order request. It is not confirmation that the order has been accepted or paid. SAXELIER reviews the fit, destination and required information before emailing a personal quote with the product price, tracked-shipping charge and final total.
Approval and payment
Review and approve your quote before paying. We then provide payment instructions via PayPal. Production begins only after the required fit details and payment have been confirmed in writing.
Prices and destination costs
Displayed prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise. Import duties, taxes and destination handling charges may be payable by the customer. Any correction to an obvious pricing or description error will be explained before payment.
Fit information
The customer is responsible for supplying the correct instrument, mouthpiece brand and model, requested colors, photographs and measurements where required. SAXELIER may request clarification before accepting or producing an order.
Made-to-order products
SAXELIER ligatures are produced for selected mouthpiece details. Cancellation, return and replacement rights therefore depend on whether production has begun and whether the product is Standard, Custom Fit or Bespoke. The complete policy is available on the Returns & Fit Guarantee page.
Shipping
Dispatch estimates begin after fit and payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs or events outside SAXELIER’s reasonable control. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Website content
SAXELIER names, photographs, product designs, copy and other original website content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. Product colors may vary slightly between screens and photographs.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s country. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
