Delays, damage or a missing parcel

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They begin after dispatch and may be affected by customs or postal delays. Rates shown apply to Europe and the United States; availability and pricing for other destinations are confirmed by email. If tracking stops updating, a parcel arrives damaged, or the package appears to be missing, contact SAXELIER promptly with your order reference so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
